Credits for Chefs

Chefs use Credits to apply for jobs on ChefMatch. Job cost is based on duration: 1 day = 1 Credit, 3 days = 3 Credits, and so on.

Credits are reserved when you apply and only spent when the restaurant selects you. If you are not selected, or your application expires or is rejected, reserved Credits are released back to your wallet.

You can purchase Credits through the app or earn them free by referring chefs and restaurants. See the Credits page in your account and our FAQ for details.

Restaurants Do Not Use Credits

Restaurants and businesses do not use or pay for Credits. You post jobs, review applications, and hire directly. ChefMatch does not charge restaurants to post jobs or to select chefs. Payment for work is between you and the chef.

Referral Rewards

Chefs can earn free Credits by referring others: 5 activated chefs = 1 Credit, 2 activated restaurants = 1 Credit. Referral rewards are subject to anti-abuse rules. Self-referrals and fake referrals are prohibited. We may withhold or reverse rewards if we detect fraud or abuse. See our Terms and Conditions.

Changes

We may change credit packs, referral thresholds, or platform settings from time to time. We will give you notice before any change applies to you. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance unless you close your account. For full terms, see our Terms and Conditions.
