What is ChefMatch?
ChefMatch connects you with restaurants, hotels, schools, care homes, caterers, events, and private clients across the UK. You browse flexible shifts, apply using Credits, and work directly with the venue. We are a marketplace, not an agency: you choose which jobs to apply for, and restaurants hire you directly. ChefMatch does not employ chefs or handle wages between you and the venue.

Apply with Credits
Use Credits to apply for jobs. Credits are only spent when you are selected. If you are not chosen, reserved Credits are released. No wasted spend on applications that do not lead to work.
More exposure
Your profile is visible to businesses posting on ChefMatch. Build a reputation through reviews and repeat bookings.
Earn free Credits
Refer chefs and restaurants to ChefMatch. Get 1 Credit for every 5 chefs who become active, and 1 Credit for every 2 restaurants who post a job.
Privacy until selected
Businesses see only what they need to decide. Your full contact and identity details are shared only after you are accepted.
How Credits work
Chefs use Credits to apply for jobs. One Credit per day of the job—for example, a 3-day shift costs 3 Credits. Credits are reserved when you apply and only spent if the restaurant selects you. If you are not selected, or your application expires or is rejected, your Credits are released back to your wallet. You can buy Credits or earn them free by referring chefs and restaurants. Restaurants do not use Credits.
