Use ChefMatch messaging for job-related conversations. If someone tries to move you to an external platform before a booking is confirmed, be cautious. Keeping everything in-platform helps us support you if something goes wrong.

Protect your personal details

• Don’t share bank details, NI numbers, or addresses publicly (e.g. in the community)
• Use ChefMatch’s payment and invoicing flow where possible
• Report any requests for sensitive information that seem unusual

Meet expectations

Show up on time, communicate clearly, and deliver what you’ve agreed. If your plans change, cancel or update as soon as you can. Good conduct builds trust and helps the whole community.

Report concerns

If you see something that breaks the rules or makes you uncomfortable, use the report option. We review reports and take action when needed. For urgent safety issues, consider contacting the relevant authorities.
